Retail Pad buildings are speculative by their nature… These projects are often built with only a third guaranteed occupancy which creates an initial urgency to get the project built quickly for which BHA’s community experience can help expedite development of the project as we can assist at all levels of the process from initial site selection and entitlements through project completion. Architecturally we understand this building type to be quick and economical to construct, flexible, with an open public storefront. This building type should be adaptable and responsive to the inevitable ebb and flow of economic change.
